My hypnosis CDs are great home reinforcers and I have been receiving positive feedback from all my clients who are regularly listening to them. Pre-recorded CDs are $50 each, and are available with the following topics:

  2. Increase self confidence
  3. Insomnia
  4. Smoking Cessation

Custom CDs

Custom CDs for special topics are also available. These can be of great benefit to those who live outside the Ottawa area. I can get your information over the phone or by e-mail and then I tailor the hypnosis session to your specific needs.

Custom CDs are also very popular for children who have problems sleeping, etc. I can involve the child in helping himself/herself to sleep. I use his/her name and talk about a favorite toy or stuffed animal. I even talk about his/her room.

Custom hypnosis CDs are $100 each.
